Features and Functionality
The Brother HL-2700CN is an out of the box network compatible printer that has a 10/100 Base-T network card pre-installed. Due to the versatility and interoperability that offices require, this printer comes with PC, Mac OSX and Linux based drivers.
The printer holds 250 sheets of letter and A4 size paper, but the larger 550-page tray (LT-27CL) can be added to expand the maximum paper capacity. Although this printer isn’t equipped for duplex printing, the DX-2700 duplex unit ($800) will enable the HL-2700CN with double sided (duplex) printing functionality.
The Brother HL-27000CN includes a compact flash slot to store additional fonts, documents or other commonly used templates.
