In the C7200n, owners will see offerings of moderate print speeds, production of nice color documents, and very low maintenance requirements.
Features and Functionality
One of the first things that you will notice about the Okidata C7200n is the compact design and the fact that the unit, out of the box, is network ready. It also comes with a very nice manual that you can keep nearby for any questions that you may have along the way. Of course, that’s not all that you are going to notice about this little workhorse.
The print speed on the Okidata C7200n is 20 ppm in monochrome and 12 ppm in color. These speeds are able to be reached with the intelligent integration of an aligned four drum single-pass printing mechanism and a 400 MHz processor. The processor is supported by an adequate 64Mb of RAM, but this can easily be upgraded to a whopping 1024Mb if required. This combination adds speed that is difficult for the usual one-drum-at-a-time method that many printers rely on to attain, and allows this unit to blast into production mode quite impressively.
The print quality of the Okidata C7200n cartridges is aided by the unit’s 600 X 1200 dpi resolution, as well as Okidata’s Color technology. Color print jobs show clear, deep color, while black and white print jobs have a clarity that puts the competition to shame.
