Printer Experts Warranty and Return Policy
Please contact our Customer Service department (866-632-9411 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate a warranty replacement, product exchange, or product return. All returns require an approved Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can only be issued by a Printer Experts Customer Service Representative.
Printer Experts will replace defective compatible products free of charge if the products are returned within 180 days of the purchase date.
All products that are returned under warranty will be inspected prior to replacement approval. We will not accept returned products that exhibit evidence of tampering or physical damage due to customer use. In addition, we will not accept toner cartridges as defective if more than 50% of the toner powder has been used.
Product replacements are shipped out after the returned products are inspected and approved. Customers can choose to have their product replacement process expedited by purchasing the replacement product at full price. Printer Experts will refund the original purchase after the defective product is inspected and the return is approved.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges
Name brand cartridges (Brother, Dell, Hewlett Packard, etc) are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a defective OEM item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers’ warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have bought a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened. (subject to 20% re-stocking fee) If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.
We only accept products back for an exchange for 90 days after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition.
Printer Experts is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty or not ordered from our company. If we receive products that are not eligible for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Please make sure to contact us at 1-866-632-9411 before returning any items.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee or a credit towards an exchange minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
